

Randy, is founder and president of Veara, Inc. bringing 25 years of experience in the business, computing, and the Internet.
Before founding Veara, Mr. Shepherd was President of iNetProvider, Inc. a web hosting and Internet applications development company which he co-founded in 2001. Prior to the launching of iNetProvider, Inc., Mr. Shepherd was president of Enterprise Marketing after he was selected to head the company in 1991. In his years as president, Mr. Shepherd grew this microcomputer reseller organization to embrace Reseller Company's in 45 cities throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.
He negotiated strategic alliances with several Fortune 500 companies, which resulted in the purchase of nearly a billion dollars worth of products and services. Additionally, the company experienced dramatic financial growth, greater national recognition and the addition of several innovative executive and CEO level programs.
In 1990, Mr. Shepherd Founded SportCom International which designed a wireless scoring system for use by both amateur and professional golfers as well as public and private golf courses. Similar types of technology are now in use worldwide.
Over the past 25 years he served companies in the management, marketing, distribution and reseller areas. He gained significant experience from being a key part of a three-time INC. 500 company during its rise from $18 million to over $220 million in annual revenue. He has served in leadership roles with The Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) and as a contributor to Computer Reseller News.
Mr. Shepherd attended Portland State University as a Business and Psychology major. His support of the community is witnessed through his involvement in various civic organizations through the years including Jaycee’s, Rotary International, Order of DeMolay and the Masonic Fraternities. He has served as a trustee on the board of directors of St. Matthew Lutheran Church Foundation.
